For installation issues, license activation, solver questions, or bug reports, email support@pocketflow.com.au. Please include:

• Your licence key (first 8 characters only if sharing publicly)
• PocketFlow Pro version (shown in the About dialog)
• Operating system, GPU model, and NVIDIA driver version
• A description of what you were doing and what happened — screenshots, log snippets, or a short screen recording all help enormously
